El proyecto de fabricación abarca toda la documentación técnica necesaria para materializar tu vivienda mediante nuestro sistema industrializado propio. Fabricamos desde cero tu módulo individual en 130 días y tu vivienda en 180 días. La producción se realiza en nuestras fábricas bajo estrictos estándares de precisión industrial, garantizando calidad constante, control total y eficiencia en tiempo y recursos.
Tras la fabricación, la vivienda se transporta e instala rápidamente, con mínima intervención en el terreno y máxima integración, respetando el entorno sobre la cimentación preparada.

We work in collaboration with CUBRO for the execution of kitchens and wardrobes, whose extensive and carefully selected range of finishes and colours is in perfect harmony with Tini's aesthetic, combining functionality and style.
We offer various climate control solutions – air conditioning, underfloor heating and cooling – which we carefully select according to the location and use of the home, complemented by the warmth and comfort provided by a wood-burning stove during the winter months.
