Our project tini has been selected in the XV Spanish Biennial of architecture and urbanism. This year’s theme revolved around the empty Spain. Being aware of this problem we wondered if it is really necessary to live in the city, or if on the contrary, we can consider a life in close contact with nature. This question is closely linked to the problem of the depopulation of rural areas.

Fortunately, in Spain we have a well-established infrastructure that can be a fundamental factor in solving these problems.

The implementation of teleworking seems to have favored the answer to this question: if we can work from anywhere, what’s the point of crowding into the city?

Tini is an affordable alternative, without sacrificing quality.
